Creative and Beyond Interior Design LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth across Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Hospitality projects in the UAE. Ideal candidate has a proven UAE track record, strong industry connections, and the ability to secure high-value projects while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business across Interior Design, Fit-Out, and Hospitality sectors
Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets
Build relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, hotel operators, and developers
Source and manage commercial, residential, retail, F&B, and hospitality fit-out projects
Lead client meetings, negotiations, and deal closing
Prepare proposals and quotations with the estimation team
Track market trends and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Requirements:
5-8 years of proven UAE sales/business development experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Hospitality
Strong existing network of clients, consultants, developers, architects, and contractors in the UAE
Proven ability to hit sales targets and generate new business
Strong understanding of fit-out projects, commercial contracts, and tendering
