Project manager at a flooring company, is fixed monthly pay even the norm or should I be asking for a different structure?

Hi! I'm managing installation projects (vinyl, laminate, some epoxy) for a flooring company, currently on 13k/month fixed with 8 years experience. Curious if fixed monthly is standard in this line of work or if most people in similar roles are on a different pay structure, commission or project-based.

13k feels reasonable though, regardless of pay structure. But its worth asking around at other flooring companies.

Fixed monthly is actually more common than people think in flooring/installation companies, commission is more typical for sales roles not project management ones.
