3 yrs as a project coordinator on small hotel and residential renovation projects, 8500 per month plus a small yearly bonus and transport provided... low or fair?
Hi everyone ! If someone could answer my question, it would really help. I'm working as a site coordinator for a fit-out company handling small hotel and residential renovation projects, mostly materials tracking, documentation and communication between office & site. I'm making 8.5k plus a small yearly bonus and transport allowance, 3 yrs experience. Anyone else in similar job, what is ur salary?

Transport allowance being included changes the math a lot, don't just compare base salary numbers with people who don't get that.

8.5k plus bonus and transport is just about decent for coordinator level tbh, but you can still get higher if you increase your responsibilities.

Hotel renovation work usually pays a bit more than pure residential due to tighter timelines, so you might be slightly underpaid if it's mostly hotel projects.
